You’re the captain of this party ship. As the reservation booker, please make sure your whole crew knows the house rules before arrival so everyone has a smooth and fun visit.
Tables & Seating
Each of our tables seats 2–12 guests depending on availability. For larger groups we may combine tables. While we can’t guarantee a specific layout or area, we’ll always do our best! Please do not move tables to create a mega-table. If your group needs to sit together at one table, let us know ahead of time and we’ll try to make it happen.
Personal Items & Table Use
For safety, please keep boxes, bags, and containers in your vehicle. Space under and around tables must remain clear. Reserved tables are for guests, not storage, so gifts, cake, and personal items cannot occupy their own table without guests seated there.
Music & Atmosphere
To keep the vibe enjoyable for everyone, please do not bring speakers or play outside music.
Guest Conduct
Escape Craft Brewery reserves the right to end a reservation if behavior becomes disruptive. Guests asked to leave will not receive refunds for any portion of the reservation.
Food & Drinks
Our license does not allow outside liquor. Guests may bring beer or wine with a $10 corkage fee per container. Just let your beertender know.
You’re welcome to bring food to Nevada St Barrelhouse, or purchase food from the brewery or visiting vendor. At Downtown Oasis Brewery & Kitchen, outside food isn’t permitted since we have a full-service kitchen.
You may host your guests with an open tab secured with a credit card, or guests can pay as they go. A minimum gratuity of 18% applies to reservation tabs. Abandoned tabs will be closed with 20% gratuity.
