Welcome to Escape Craft Brewery. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.escapecraftbrewery.com (the "Site") and your purchases of products and services from us, including food orders and eGift cards. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age Requirement & Responsible Consumption

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages and to view certain content on the Site. By using the Site or purchasing our products, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We card at our locations and reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age, who appears intoxicated, or as otherwise required by California law. We encourage responsible drinking. Never drink and drive.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or introduce malicious code.

  • Use automated means to scrape, copy, or collect content without our permission.

  • Misrepresent your age or identity.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Food orders and other purchases may be placed through our third-party ordering provider (Square). All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and refuse or limit orders at our discretion. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours. You are responsible for providing accurate order and payment information.

4. eGift Cards

  • eGift cards are redeemable for products and services at Escape Craft Brewery locations and, where offered, online.

  • eGift cards have no expiration date and no service or dormancy fees, consistent with California law.

  • eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law (in California, a card with a remaining balance under $10 may be redeemed for cash).

  • eGift cards cannot be reloaded unless we indicate otherwise, and they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except as required by law.

  • eGift cards may only be used to purchase alcoholic beverages by individuals who are 21 or older with valid proof of age.

5. Order Pickup, Cancellations & Refunds

Food orders are generally prepared for dine-in or pickup at the selected location. Because food is prepared fresh to order, all sales are final once an order is accepted, except where an order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory due to our error. If there is a problem with your order, please contact the location promptly at (909) 713-3727 or escapecraftbrewery@gmail.com so we can make it right. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.

6. Events & Reservations

Details for events, hours, and reservations are posted on the Site and may change. We are not liable for changes to, or cancellation of, events outside our reasonable control. Any deposits or fees for private events are governed by the specific agreement provided for that event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Escape Craft Brewery name, logo, beer names, text, graphics, photographs, and designs — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. All trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business and marketing. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of others.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services, such as our online ordering, eGift card, and social media pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escape Craft Brewery and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Escape Craft Brewery and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
